1. About XFlow

XFlow CRM is a customised sales CRM product by Drizzle Marketing. By using our website or purchasing XFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. One-time payment

XFlow is offered as a one-time payment CRM. Your quote is based on your business requirements, number of users, customisation, integrations and deployment needs, and is shared with you before purchase.

Optional future additions — such as new integrations or additional customisation — may be quoted separately.

3. Customisation and setup

XFlow is built around your business process — including custom fields, pipeline stages, workflows, user roles and reports. The scope of customisation is agreed with you before setup begins.

4. Users and access

Your CRM supports multiple users with role-based access (Admin, Manager, Sales, Telecaller). Your admin users are responsible for managing access and permissions for your team.

5. Your data

Your leads and business data remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of the data you store in XFlow.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the product, attempt unauthorised access, or use XFlow for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

We work to keep XFlow reliable and secure, but the product is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Drizzle Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
